随着国家经济建设迅猛发展,人们的生活水平有了极大提高,但越来越多的环境问题也随之而来。国家主席习近平上任以来,注重我国环境建设发展,提出“宁要绿水青山,不要金山银山”的口号,并加大力度治理环境问题,水资源保护是国家和人民重要的关注问题之一。基于此,本文通过对我国饮用水现状的调查,对我国饮用水保障法律制度提出一些完善建议。
With the rapid economic development of our country, people’s living standards have greatly improved, but more and more environmental problems have followed. Since taking office, President Xi Jinping has paid attention to the development of environmental construction in our country and put forward the slogan of “rather going green and not Jinshanyinshan” and intensifying efforts to control environmental issues. Water resources protection is an important issue of concern to the state and the people one. Based on this, through the investigation of the current status of drinking water in our country, this article puts forward some suggestions for improving the legal system of drinking water protection in our country.
