近年来,我国的社会水平和经济水平发展迅速,带动了中石化企业的快速壮大,对于中石化销售企业来说,由于员工具有很强的流动性,在进行思想政治工作和企业文化培养方面有一定难度;对于员工来说,缺乏足够的责任感和归属感。一个企业最重要的组成因素就是企业文化,它是将企业和员工联系起来的桥梁,是一种精神财富。中石化销售企业应注重思想政治建设和企业文化建设的双项发展,为企业可持续发展奠定基础。
