患者,男,20岁,因发现颈前肿物2个月于2012年10月23日入院。患者于2个月前无意中发现颈前肿物,初如花生米大小,有轻微吞咽疼痛感,无发热、盗汗、腹泻、吞咽及呼吸困难等局部压迫症状,否认有心悸、多汗、易怒、多食易饥、手颤等甲亢症状,近2个月来肿物明显增大。既往无结核病史及与疑似结核患者接触史;个人史及家族史无特殊。入院查体:T 36.5℃,P 91次/min,R 20次/
