采用60Coγ源照射、3H-TdR掺入等方法,探测不同方法处理的两株放射敏感性不同的人纤维肉瘤组织细胞DNA合成情况。结果发现,辐射对该两种细胞DNA合成具有明显的抑制作用,在低剂量范围照射时DNA合成随剂量增加出现一快速下降的陡相,高剂量范围时合成下降平缓。两种细胞在照射后3小时DNA合成达到最低值,两种细胞间DNA合成差异不明显。未发现细胞活存敏感性与DNA合成抑制敏感性之间的相应关系
Using 60Co γ source irradiation, 3H-TdR incorporation, and other methods to detect the DNA synthesis of two different radiosensitivity human fibrosarcoma cells treated by different methods. The results showed that radiation had a significant inhibitory effect on the DNA synthesis of both cells. When the dose was low-range irradiation, DNA synthesis appeared a sharp decline with the increase of dose. When the dose was high dose, the synthesis decreased gradually. DNA synthesis reached a minimum at 3 hours after irradiation in both cells, and there was no significant difference in DNA synthesis between the two cells. No correlation was found between the sensitivity of cell survival and the sensitivity of DNA synthesis inhibition
