氨溴索为粘液溶解剂,为无色澄明液体,作为化痰药广泛应用于临床。近年来国内有文献报道,本品可致过敏反应,现概述如下。1过敏反应韦炳华等报道,患儿女,7个月,因支气管肺炎给予5%GS50 mL+氨溴索5 mg静滴,15 min后患儿出现哭闹,烦躁不安,频繁抓挠面脖等处,颈下、面部出现挠痕及片状高出皮肤的红色丘疹。即停药,予抗过敏对症治疗,30 min后皮疹消失。本例患儿为过敏体质。
