薄板材料的加工过程中,有着很多的翻边、包筋、卷管和咬口工作。然而这些工作中最为繁琐的事,则是板料的边缘划线。成批量产生用直尺,划针一次次的重复划线,工作效率低。我们利用一小块薄板材料,厚度δ<1mm。按加工件的工艺尺寸(即翻边、包筋、卷管和咬口尺寸),制作一种(如图1所示)简易的快速划线工具。使用时将三角尖接触板料,后边的基准紧靠板料边轻轻滑
