In order to further improve the clinical blood management level in the PLA and promote scientific and rational use of blood, General Surgery Ministry held a PLA clinical blood study class in the People’s Liberation Army General Hospital from October 29 to 31, More than 120 blood transfusion departments, blood banks and anesthesia departments from some non-blood collection and hospital hospitals attended the training. The seminar conveyed the spirit of the leading group meeting of the blood donation committee of the whole army, introduced the state and military administration on blood management
