日前,外媒报道称西班牙全国鱼类贝类罐头生产者协会正在进行两项研发项目,探索将超声波和感应技术用作海产品加工业的未来技术。通过这两个总预算为150万欧元的首创项目,该协会期望能产生两项专利并提高海产品加工能效。
Recently, foreign media reported that Spain’s National Association of Fish Canned Shellfish Producers conducted two R & D projects to explore the application of ultrasonic and sensing technologies as the future technology for the seafood processing industry. Through these two first projects with a total budget of 1.5 million euros, the association is hoping to produce two patents and improve the energy efficiency of seafood processing.
