本文首先对跨国公司在我国研发概况做了描述,中国已渐成跨国公司设立研发中心的首选地,其次在对跨国公司为争夺我国市场、争夺我国人力资源和进行技术控制动因分析的基础上,分别从知识扩散和技术溢出、人才培养、市场技术水平等方面,分析了跨国公司R&D对我国技术创新的影响.最后得出这样一个结论:作为发展中的中国,要想在经济全球化浪潮中发挥更重要的作用,必须加强自主创新.“,”This thesis firstly describes the over view of transnational corporations in China.China has gradually become the first choice for multinational companies to establish R D centers.Secondly,on the basis of the analysis of multinational companies,motivation which contends for our markets,our human resources and controls technology,Respectively,It analyzes the impact upon china of R D Globalization from the knowledge diffusion and technology spillovers,talents nurturing and technological level of the market.Finally it arrives at this conclusion: as a developing country,in order to play a more important role in the wave of economic globalization,China must strengthen the ability of independent innovation.
