2005年世界卫生组织(WHO)全球性公报指出目前慢性病是世界上首要的死亡病因[1]。慢性疾病不但消耗大量的医疗费用和卫生资源,而且还存在严重的社会问题。有研究表明,慢性病的发生与职业、文化程度,及社会保障经济收入等密切相关[2]。为制定慢性病防控措施提供相应的科学依据,于2011年10月对沈阳市苏家屯地区部分机关部门离退休人员的慢性病现患特征进行了调查。
The 2005 World Health Organization (WHO) Global Bulletin points out that chronic diseases are currently the leading cause of death in the world [1]. Chronic diseases not only consume a large amount of medical expenses and health resources, but also have serious social problems. Studies have shown that the occurrence of chronic diseases and occupations, education levels, and social security and other economic income are closely related [2]. In order to provide the scientific basis for the development of prevention and control measures of chronic diseases, the characteristics of chronic diseases in retirees in some departments of Shenyang Sujiatun area were investigated in October 2011.
