今年“3·15”,深圳市工商局和市消委会在大剧院广场联合举行大型宣传咨询活动,纪念国际消费者权益H,活动主题定为:营造放心消费环境,构筑华南购物天堂。活动规模较大,场面隆重,出席的领导有市人大、市政府、市政协的有关负责人,参加的单位和企业多达150家,其中政府职能部门就有20个,为广大消费者进行现场咨询。这次活动,与房地产相关的消费投诉问题再次成为焦点之一。据参加活动的市规划与国土资源局人士介绍,此次现场咨询共收到《投诉受理登记表》10多份(包括集体投诉),投诉问题主要集中在办不到房产征、延迟交楼和不规范的经营行为等方面。这些问题均发生在不同的具体楼盘上。

This event, real estate-related consumer complaints once again become one of the focus. According to the municipal planning and land resources bureau personnel who participated in the activity, the on-site consultation received a total of more than 10 complaints registration forms (including collective complaints). The complaints mainly focused on failing to obtain real estate property, Non-standard business practices and so on. These problems occur in different real estate.
