本文对CAPP当前所用的方法:变异式、创成式、基于专家系统的方法及基于神经系统网络的方法作了简要概述,并讨论了各自的优点和不足,提出了一个新的基于专家──神经网络的CAPP智能型功能模型(CAPPIFM),它可用来提供:(1)更有效的、动态的CAPP系统的设计方法;(2)一个智能、动态、平行及分布式的,与CIM环境中其他功能模型(CAD、CAM、MRPⅡ、车间规划等)集成的策略。该模型的最主要的特征是采用了专家系统技术和神经网络技术的混合方法。同时,对该模型的详细结构及其优点也作了概述。
This paper gives a brief overview of the current CAPP methods used: mutation, generative, expert system based approach and neural network based approach, and discusses their respective strengths and weaknesses, proposes a new expert-based The CAPP Intelligent Function Model for Neural Networks (CAPPIFM), which can be used to provide: (1) a more efficient and dynamic CAPP system design approach; (2) an intelligent, dynamic, parallel and distributed, Other functional models (CAD, CAM, MRP II, shop floor planning, etc.) integrated strategy.
