1980~1994年是台湾经济转型的重要时期。台湾当局通过加强科学研究、引进先进技术、发展新兴产业等一系列科技促进政策,帮助台湾完成从科技追赶到科技领先的转变,这对新常态下推动福建经济结构转型有一定的借鉴意义。
1980-1994 is an important period for Taiwan’s economic restructuring. Through a series of scientific and technological promotion policies such as strengthening scientific research, introducing advanced technologies and developing emerging industries, the Taiwan authorities help Taiwan to complete its transition from science and technology to science and technology. This is of some reference to promote the restructuring of Fujian’s economy under the new normal.
