1病例报告患者,女,53岁,因腹胀15 d于2008-06-02入山东省肿瘤防治研究院妇瘤科,查体:全身皮肤黏膜未见黑痣及异常色素沉着,腹部移动性浊音阳性,盆腔内子宫左后方触及7 cm×8 cm大小包块,子宫直肠陷凹结节感。CT检查示:盆腔包块,考虑卵巢癌并腹水形成。CA125:351·7 U/mL。入院
