漓江发源于广西兴安县东北部,为桂江之上游,流经兴安、灵川、桂林、阳朔等县市,沿河山青水秀,风景优美,素有“桂林山水甲天下”的盛名。但近二十年来,工厂兴起,由于布局不当,“三废”没有妥善处理,废水、废渣直接流入河中,造成漓江中、下段河水的严重污染,引起中外旅游者及当地居民的关切。据桂林地、市有关部门的水质检测屡次检出酚、氰、汞、砷、镉、铅和氟化物等有害物质,且有的超标数倍至十多倍,这些有害物质都
