山东作为服务外包大省,熟知国际标准、兼具国际化视野和本土思想、对行业发展有前瞻性并且外语应用熟练、管理能力突出的高素质创新型人才的缺失使企业很难承担高端服务外包项目,导致服务外包产业的低端化。本文以济南齐鲁软件园为例,以调研为依据,从趋势预测到经验探索对山东省服务外包创新型人才培养进行了对策的研究。
