当前,新课程改革取得了一系列的喜人的成绩:教学理念得到转变,新的教学思想、教学方法、教学手段如雨后春笋般出现在课堂里。如情境教学法、合作探究、多媒体教学手段的应用、激励性评价等。但是,在我们欣喜之余,也发现了一些不可回避的现象:课堂热闹多了,学生冷静思考地却少了;多媒体展示多了,教师讲解、板书少了等。这些问题的背后,值得我们进行冷静地分析与思考,需要我们进行深刻地反思,以确保小学数学教学的有效性,切实提高小学
