统计学发现,稳压电源故障占X线电视全机故障率的三分之一强。其中串联式稳压电源故障率更为突出。这是由于稳压电源系统结构比较复杂、环节偏多,零部件可靠性及空间占位问题较突出所致。另外串联式稳压电源在功率与功耗上也存在一些问题,从而使电视系统受到较大的干扰和威胁。为了改善上述现状,我们引入三端固定式稳压器,对原系统稳压电源进行改造。通过实践,证实完全达到设想结果。三端集成
