由于水电施工项目具有规模大、工期长、风险高等特点,在施工过程中,往往存在着各种潜在的危险因素。本文分析讨论了水电施工过程中所存在的一些危险因素,提出了一些管理和治理的办法,以防止发生事故,避免各种损失,保障工作人员的安全和健康,为提高企业的经济和社会效益服务。
Due to the large scale, long construction period and high risk, the hydropower construction projects often have various potential risk factors during construction. This paper analyzes and discusses some of the risk factors existing in the process of hydropower construction and puts forward some measures for management and governance so as to prevent accidents and avoid losses and to ensure the safety and health of workers.
