在蛙的坐骨神经干上相距1mm放置两对刺激电极,分别给予阈下强度的刺激,神经干产生局部兴奋而不产生双向动作电位。如果以同样强度的阈下刺激同时刺激神经干,由于空间性总和作用神经干上产生双相动作电位。
In the frog sciatic nerve stem placed 1mm away from the two pairs of stimulation electrodes, respectively, to give the threshold intensity of stimulation, neural stem local excitement without the generation of bidirectional action potential. If stimulated with the same intensity of subthreshold stimulation of the neural stem, a biphasic action potential is produced on the neural stem due to spatial summation.
