以铁皮石斛茎尖及茎节作为外植体进行培养试验,研究筛选出诱导、增殖和生根的最适培养基和培养条件,为云南省广南县铁皮石斛开发利用提供技术参考。
The experiment was carried out on the tips and stems of Dendrobium officinale as explants to study the optimum culture medium and culture conditions for inducing, proliferating and rooting, and to provide technical reference for the development and utilization of Dendrobium officinale in Guangnan County of Yunnan Province.
