本文着重介绍了建立一个“以人为本”的服务理念,通过培训的方式不仅可以提高图书馆员的精神面貌,更能够贯彻创新服务的理念,增强个人文化道德素质。本文分析了基层图书馆服务功能的发展趋势,并且指出了一些现在图书馆所存在的问题,讨论了图书馆读者服务功能的转换和发展。
This article focuses on the establishment of a “people-oriented ” service concept, through training methods can not only improve the librarian’s mental outlook, but also to implement the concept of innovative services and enhance personal cultural moral qualities. This paper analyzes the development trend of grassroots library service functions, and points out some existing problems in the library, and discusses the conversion and development of library reader service functions.
