编辑同志:我是一名99届职校生,明年将毕业。由于现就读专业受经济结构调整的影响,联办单位经营状况不佳,目前企业职工已有不少下岗,从发展趋势看,到毕业时被录用机会甚微。现在学校要求我们认清就业形势,转变择业观念,做好参与劳动力、人才市场竞争的思想准备,而我是—名在择业、就业方面无任何经验的学生,因而深感困惑。希望您能给予帮助,应在哪些方面做好准备,迎接挑战,争取就职的成功。谢谢!晓薇
Editor’s Comrade: I am a 99th grade student who will graduate next year. As the present major is subject to the influence of the economic restructuring, the co-operation units are in a poor state of operation. At present, there are a lot of laid-off workers in the enterprises. From the perspective of the development trend, there is little chance of being hired for graduation. Nowadays, schools are asking us to recognize the employment situation, change our concept of employment, and be well prepared to participate in the labor force and talent market competition.
