2009年12月7日,备受世界瞩目的联合国气候变化框架公约(UNFCCC)第十五次缔约方大会在丹麦首都哥本哈根开幕。为了积极参与和推进哥本哈根大会林业议题谈判,展示林业在应对气候变化的特殊地位,宣传我国林业在减缓全球气候变暖中的重要贡献,2009年12月9日“中国新闻与交流中心”举办了“林业与气候变化主题日”活动,国家林业局副局长祝列克在该中心举行了首场新闻发布会。
