比较4种大孔树脂对甜荞麦壳中类黄酮的吸附及解吸性能,以吸附率、解吸率为考察指标,对大孔树脂纯化甜荞麦壳中类黄酮的工艺进行研究。结果表明:AB-8大孔树脂对甜荞麦壳类黄酮的吸附和解吸性能最好,AB-8大孔树脂对甜荞麦壳类黄酮吸附纯化的最佳工艺条件为:吸附液浓度0.24mg/mL,上柱量为8BV,吸附流速2.0mL/min,解吸液浓度40%,解吸流速1.0mL/min。通过本工艺类黄酮的纯度可由27.9%提高到59.5%。
The adsorption and desorption properties of four macroporous resins on flavonoids from sweet buckwheat hulls were compared. The adsorption and desorption rates were used as indexes to study the purification of flavonoids from buckwheat hulls by macroporous resins. The results showed that AB-8 macroporous resin had the best adsorption and desorption properties for sweet buckwheat shell flavonoids. The optimal conditions for the adsorption and purification of sweet buckwheat shell flavonoids by AB-8 macroporous resin were as follows: the concentration of the adsorbent solution was 0.24 mg / mL, the amount of column on the 8BV, adsorption flow rate 2.0mL / min, desorption concentration 40%, desorption flow rate 1.0mL / min. Through the process of flavonoids purity increased from 27.9% to 59.5%.
