本文采用不同工艺参数(反应速率、反应时间及反应温度)制备橡胶沥青,以红外光谱(FTIR)等作为主要评价指标,研究橡胶沥青的改性机理。研究发现采用红外光谱(FTIR)对橡胶沥青的测试结果表明,对于废旧轮胎橡胶粉,相比基质沥青,胶粉在1400cm-1和870cm-1处多了两个个特征峰,胶粉的其它峰与基质沥青一致;不同掺量下的橡胶沥青与基质沥青图谱基本相似。
In this paper, different process parameters (reaction rate, reaction time and reaction temperature) were used to prepare rubber asphalt. The infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used as the main evaluation index to study the modification mechanism of rubber asphalt. It was found that the test results of rubber asphalt by FTIR showed that there were two more characteristic peaks at 1400cm-1 and 870cm-1 for the rubber tires of waste tire compared with the base asphalt, and the other The peak is consistent with that of matrix asphalt. The rubber asphalt at different content is basically similar to that of matrix asphalt.
