通过我项目区低压管灌节水技术在运行中的管理措施,进一步完善低压管灌在建后能更好的服务于农业生产,通过领导重视、专人负责、村民爱护三方共管的方式,用好水利设施,发挥较好的经济和社会效益,让节水灌溉技术成为农民的好帮手、水资源的好管家。
