脑膜瘤占颅内肿瘤的13.4～24.1％。但发生于颅骨者比较少见。此种肿瘤有许多命名,如异位性脑膜瘤,骨内脑膜瘤,板障内脑膜瘤,骨瘤样脑膜瘤,硬脑膜外脑膜瘤,颅外脑膜瘤,皮本脑膜瘤等。本文作者就治疗的4例病人讨论如下。 病例摘要 例1 男,11岁,1984年11刚4日入院。1年前在右额部发现一无痛性指头大的肿物,2个月来明显增大,无何自觉症状。检查;近发际处有一3×5cm大小的半球形硬性肿物,无移动性。神经系统检查未见异常。颅骨平片:见右额骨有一局限性板障增厚区,密度高低不均;内、外板受压变薄呈壳状,并膨
Meningiomas account for 13.4 to 24.1% of intracranial tumors. However, those who occur in the skull are relatively rare.
