以40目粉碎的用干混法生产的23份KIO3碘盐散装暴露在空气中,在自然条件下常温常湿存放,经20次检验:在第22个月存放期内碘均值基本不变(方差分析F=0.06,P=1.00);存放第32个月碘下降6.40%(t=4.2412,P=0.003);存放第36个月碘下降9.08%(t=4.9808,P<0.001);存放第60个月碘下降10.26%(t=10.5295,P<0.001);存放第84个月碘下降19.67%(t=8.5288,P<0.001);其中第36、54、60、84个月存放期的100%样品均有程度不同的碘下降;碘下降率与其样品含碘量呈负相关;提示KIO3碘盐化学性质稳定,在碘盐商业流通周期内碘含量基本不变,建议将出厂盐、销售盐、用户盐含碘合格浓度统一为一种标准,其含碘的合格浓度为≥40mg/kg。
