全国控制理论及其应用年会于1992年10月11日至15日在南京华东工学院举行。来自全国各高等学校、科研单位、工厂企业的控制理论学者、教授、专家共125人参加了会议。会议按五个大组二十五个小组分专业进行了学术交流,并举行了两次专题性讨论会。美国IEEE机器人与自动化学会主席、华盛顿大学谈自忠教授应邀参加了会议,作了有趣的学术报告,并代表何潘清漪优秀论文奖评审委员会颁发了首届何潘清漪奖。
The National Conference on Control Theory and Its Applications was held at East China Institute of Technology in Nanjing from October 11 to October 15, 1992. A total of 125 control theory scholars, professors and experts from all colleges and universities, research institutes and factories and enterprises in the country participated in the conference. The meeting conducted academic exchanges according to five major groups of twenty-five sub-sectors and conducted two thematic symposiums. Chairman of IEEE Robotics and Automation Society of USA, Professor Tzu Chih-Chung of Washington University, was invited to attend the conference, made an interesting academic report, and presented the first He Panqingyi Award on behalf of He Panqingyi Excellent Paper Award Review Committee.
