以往的研究显示,家住在农村地区或没有个人医疗保险(private insurance)的先天性心脏病(CHD)患儿是延误诊治的危险因素。但这些因素对做心脏手术年龄的影响并没有作过评价。该文设计了评价影响外科手术年龄的一些因素:(1)描述了CHD手术年龄的分布;(2)确定与外科手术相关的因素;(3)明确延误CHD患儿手术的危险因素。
Previous studies have shown that children with congenital heart disease (CHD) living in rural areas or without private insurance are risk factors for delayed diagnosis and treatment. However, the influence of these factors on the age of cardiac surgery has not been evaluated. The article delineates several factors that influence the age of surgery: (1) describes the age of the CHD; (2) identifies the factors associated with the surgery; and (3) identifies the risk factors for the delay in the operation of the CHD.
