对2012年中国水产品质量安全监管工作形势进行了总结和分析。2012年产地和市场水产品抽检合格率分别为98.5%和96.9%,同比分别提高0.2%和0.1%。在2012年底和2013年初农业部统一组织的全国农产品质量安全监督抽查中,水产品合格率为100%,表明中国养殖水产品总体上是安全的。最后,对2013年全国水产品质量安全监管工作提出了总体工作思路。
This article summarizes and analyzes the situation of China’s aquatic products quality and safety supervision in 2012. In 2012, the sampling rate of origin and market aquatic products sampling was 98.5% and 96.9% respectively, up 0.2% and 0.1% respectively year-on-year. In the end of 2012 and the beginning of 2013, the Ministry of Agriculture unified organization of national agricultural product quality and safety supervision checks, aquatic products pass rate of 100%, indicating that China’s aquaculture products in general is safe. Finally, put forward the overall work train of thought for 2013 national quality supervision and management of aquatic products.
