目的评估建设项目的可行性,完善职业病防治的对策,保护劳动者健康。方法使用类比法和检查表法对扩建项目进行职业病危害预评价。结果该项目投产后可能会产生玻璃纤维粉尘、甲烷、甲醇、乙酸、噪声、高温等职业病危害因素,类比项目粉尘和毒物检测点合格率100%,高温检测点合格率100%,噪声检测点合格率71%。结论该项目基本可行,但应完善职业卫生防护工作,加强职业健康检查,保护劳动者健康。
Objective To assess the feasibility of construction projects, improve occupational disease prevention and control measures to protect the health of workers. Methods Using analogy and checklist methods to pre-evaluate occupational hazards in the expansion project. Results The project put into operation may produce occupational hazards such as glass fiber dust, methane, methanol, acetic acid, noise and high temperature. The pass rate of dust and poison detection points of analog projects is 100%, the passing rate of high temperature detection points is 100% and the noise detection points are qualified Rate of 71%. Conclusion The project is basically feasible, but occupational health protection work should be improved, occupational health examination should be strengthened to protect workers' health.
