加热炉节能改造,所采取的技术措施不尽相同,但都不外乎炉墙绝热,增加严密性,减少热散失;空气预热,加强热回收;减少水冷面积;炉膛水管绝热包扎;降低废气出炉温度;控制燃烧,应用新型高效燃烧器等等。目前我国各种加热炉都在不同程度地进行节能技术改造。多数都既节能又增产,取得了显著的经济效益。但也有不太成功之例。我厂一大型板坯加热炉,节能技术改造,应用大量新材料、新技术,却没能收到预期的经济效益。本文即结合这一实际,从理论及实践上做一论述以供参考。

At present, all kinds of heating furnaces in our country are carrying out energy-saving technological transformation to different extents. Most of them both save energy and increase production, and have achieved remarkable economic benefits. But there are also less successful examples. I plant a large slab heating furnace, energy-saving technological transformation, the application of a large number of new materials, new technologies, failed to receive the expected economic benefits. This article is a combination of this reality, to make a theoretical and practical discussion for reference.
