目的探讨高温与辐射(γrays)联合对大鼠胚胎神经系统发育的影响。方法用高温联合γrays处理孕8~10d的大鼠,于18d处死。按致畸实验方法观察胚胎神经系统的发育。结果41℃组和42℃组神经管未闭、体节异常和脑形态异常与高温温度及持续时间呈正相关(P<0.01)。41℃高温持续4min和42℃高温与辐射联合作用,其胚胎神经系统异常发生率明显高于单独高温作用(P<0.01)。结论孕8~10d的大鼠暴露于高温与辐射明显影响胚胎神经系统发育
Objective To investigate the effects of high temperature and radiation (γrays) on nervous system development in rat embryos. Methods The pregnant rats were treated with γrays for 8-10 days at high temperature and sacrificed at 18 days. Teratogenicity test to observe the development of the nervous system. Results There were positive correlations between neural tube defects, abnormalities of body structure and brain morphology in 41 ℃ group and 42 ℃ group with the temperature and duration of hyperthermia (P <0.01). 41 ℃ high temperature for 4min and 42 ℃ heat and radiation combined effect, the embryonic nervous system abnormalities were significantly higher than the high temperature alone (P <0.01). Conclusion Exposure to heat and radiation during 8-10 d of pregnancy significantly affected embryonic nervous system development
