同志们: 刚才铁木尔主席和何界生同志都讲了少数民族地区防治结核病的主要问题和意见,我只补充几点供同志们参考。我们在新疆召开的这次少数民族地区结核病防治工作经验交流会是一次很重要的会议。会议由自治区党委、政府及喀什地区积极协助筹备,我代表卫生部表示感谢。特别应当提出的是,在这次会议之前,新疆在喀什地区进行试点取得了好的经验,值得各地学习和参考。铁木尔主席对这件工作亲自抓并做了有力的部署,亲自批给了四百万元作为结核病防治工作经费,这说明新疆自治区党政领导对结核病防治工作的重视,对人民群众健康的关心和爱护。新疆在防治疾病方面结合脱贫致富进行了有效的工作,采取了有力的措施,这对各省、市、自治区来讲也是走在前列的。我们衷心祝愿他们在今后工作中取得更大的成绩。
