卸载时应有足够的稳定性,这是汽车自卸车和半挂自卸车安全工作的基本要求之一。如果这种运输车辆不能满足这个要求,那么该种产品就不能定型组织批量生产。所以计算和检测自卸车的稳定性是自卸车投产前必不可少的程序。用以前在一些作品中已经推导出的研究方法[1和2]作为自卸车稳定性的计算方法。在专门的带有倾斜平面的试验台上进行测试作为自卸车稳定性的试验方法(图1)。
Unloading should have sufficient stability, which is one of the basic requirements of the safety of the truck and semi-trailer truck. If this transport vehicle can not meet this requirement, then the product can not be fixed-type mass production. Therefore, calculating and testing the stability of the dump truck is an indispensable procedure before the dump truck is put into production. Research methods [1 and 2] that have been derived previously from some works are used as a method of calculating the stability of the dump truck. The test is carried out on a dedicated test bench with inclined plane as a test method for the stability of the dump truck (Fig. 1).
