本文认为,国家应实施双学分课程计划,以此建立双学分课程制度,实现不同教育类型、不同教育层次的衔接与沟通,进而促进适应经济发展方式转变和产业结构调整要求、体现终身教育理念、中等和高等职业教育协调发展的现代职业教育体系的形成。
