针对逢春煤矿原有风动式跑车防护装置设计不合理、效率低、安全性差导致运输事故时有发生的问题,结合逢春煤矿现场情况,建立力学模型,对该模型进行受力分析,研制出可将绞车下拉力转换为挡车装置提升力的新型压绳式绞车防护挡车装置。现场试验表明该装置可实现半自动化操作,工作效率大幅提升,运输事故发生率有所降低,具有一定的推广价值。
Aiming at the problems of original accidental windscreen protection device design in Fengchun Coal Mine, such as unreasonable design, low efficiency and poor safety, the problems occurred during the transportation accidents, the mechanical model was established according to the scene of Fengchun coal mine, the force analysis of the model was carried out, A new type of winch protection device can be used to convert the pulling force of the winch into the lifting force of the stopping device. Field tests show that the device can achieve semi-automatic operation, work efficiency significantly increased, the incidence of accidents has been reduced, with some promotional value.
