一、住户开支统计调查的目的和范围香港的住户开支统计调查每五年进行一次,目的是搜集最新的住户开支模式资料,用作重订消费物价指数的权数.也可用来估计国民经济核算体系中私人消费开支的某些组成部份,对制订社会及经济政策,进行市场调查及有关消费方面的经济研究,以及与其他国家的生活水平作出比较分析也很有作用.住户开支统计调查的对象是香港所有陆上住户,除接受公共援助的住户、水上住户、团体住户,如老人院、监狱等和统计调查期间离开香港的住户外,所有开支组别的住户都被包括在调查范围内.
I. Purpose and scope of the Household Expenditure Survey The Household Survey on Household Spes in Hong Kong is conducted every five years for the purpose of collecting the most up-to-date information on household expenditure patterns and for re-ordering CPI weights. It can also be used to estimate the national accounts Some components of private consumption expenditures in the system also play a role in formulating social and economic policies, carrying out market research and economic studies on consumption, and comparing them with the living standards of other countries. The Household Expenditure Survey The target group is all land-based households in Hong Kong. Except for public-aid households, floating households, group households such as nursing homes, prisons and households leaving Hong Kong during the survey period, all expenditure groups of households are covered by the survey .
