为扎实做好军事斗争准备,适应高技术局部战争对战伤救治的要求,提高全区医疗卫生机构对高技术武器伤的防治能力。我部于2001年2月20日～2001年3月4日在上海医学专修科组织举办了高技术武器伤防治学习班和派专家到73111部队和福建省军区部队进行了巡回讲学。来自全区28个医疗卫生单位的业务技术骨干和师、旅医院的院(所)长及部分旅、团卫生队队长共53人参加了学习。73111部队和福建省军区200名部队卫生干部在巡回讲学中参加了听课学习。
We must do a good job in preparing military struggles in a down-to-earth manner, meet the requirements of war-wounded treatment in high-tech local wars and improve the prevention and control of high-tech weapon wars in medical and health institutions across the region. On February 20, 2001 ~ March 4, 2001, the Ministry of Education held a seminar on high-tech weapons injury prevention and control in Shanghai Medical College and sent experts to conduct tour lectures on 73111 troops and Fujian’s military units. From the 28 medical and health units in the region’s business and technical backbone and teachers, brigade hospital (director) and some brigades, regiment captain of a total of 53 people participated in the study. 73111 troops and 200 military health cadres of the Fujian Provincial Military Region participated in lectures during roving lectures.
