本文报道2例患者,男女各一例,年龄为54和89岁,均发生直立性低血压,同时伴有中枢神经系统症状,在用消炎痛(75～150mk/天)治疗后,上述表现明显改善。患者基础状态时尿前列腺排出正常,而在用消炎痛后明显降低。Kochar等最新发现直立性低血压患者在用消炎痛治疗后,体位性血压下降明显减轻(平均为20～30mmHg),同时不伴有血容量、肾素——血管紧张素及肾上腺素能
This article reports two patients, one male and one female, aged 54 and 89 years old with orthostatic hypotension and central nervous system symptoms, which were significantly improved after treatment with indomethacin (75-150 mk / day) . Urinary prostatic hyperplasia was normal in the patient’s basal state, but was significantly reduced after indomethacin treatment.
