河南省是一个中度缺水的省份,要实现水资源的可持续利用,在进行水资源科学配置、适当开辟新水源和从外流域调水的同时,必须坚持不懈地倡导全社会节约用水。该文提出了在节水过程中应加强的管理措施。
Henan Province is a moderately water-scarce province. In order to realize the sustainable utilization of water resources, we must unswervingly advocate water conservation for the entire society while carrying out scientific disposition of water resources, opening up new water sources appropriately and diverting water from outside the basin. This paper presents the management measures that should be strengthened in the process of water saving.
