中国电子工业会计学会于9月下旬在桂林召开了1983年学术讨论会。会议就如何提高财会工作素质和经济效益进行了座谈讨论。中国会计学会副会长杨纪琬同志在会上作了“经济效益和管理会计”的学术报告,着重讲了经济效益与经济核算的关系、经济效益与会计的关系,并提出了建立具有中国特色的管理会计的建议。与会同志经过讨论认为,提高财会队伍和财会工作的素质,对提高企业素质和管理水平有着重要作用。而提高财会工作的素质又必须从提高基础工作的素质
