目的规范医务人员手卫生,降低医院感染的发生,确保医疗安全。方法分三阶段,对全院手卫生设施、医务人员手卫生规范、手卫生依从性以及基础知识等方面进行检查、培训和整改。结果通过采取干预措施,各科室手卫生设施、全院医务人员手卫生状况明显改善。结论遵循PDCA循环原理,对全院医务人员手卫生实施干预后,医务人员手卫生基本规范,但还需常抓不懈,继续督查。
Objective To standardize the hand hygiene of medical staff, reduce the occurrence of nosocomial infection and ensure medical safety. The method is divided into three stages to inspect, train and rectify hand hygiene facilities in the hospital, hand hygiene regulations of medical personnel, hand hygiene compliance and basic knowledge. Results By taking intervention measures, the health status of hand hygiene facilities in all departments, hand hygiene facilities and hospital staff were significantly improved. Conclusion According to the principle of PDCA cycle, after the intervention of hand hygiene of medical personnel in the hospital, the hand hygiene of medical staff is basically regulated, but it is still necessary to continue to carry out supervision.
