本文立足选择性课程改革理念,探讨了选择性课程改革背景下中职数学教学观念、教学模式、教学行为的转变。在教学行为中,从教师备课从立足教材转向立足学生的转变,教师上课的“四微”(即“微视频”引入、“微任务”导学、“微互动”探讨、“微展示”提升)运用,实现学生学习的更多选择、更大兴趣、更高追求三个方面进行了实践与思考。
Based on the idea of selective course reform, this article discusses the change of math teaching concept, teaching mode and teaching behavior under the background of selective course reform. In the teaching practice, from the change of teachers ’lesson planning from the teaching materials to the foothold students, the teachers’ “four micro” (that is, “micro video” introduction, “micro task” “Explore, ” micro display "promotion) to achieve the students to learn more choices, more interest, higher pursuit of three aspects of the practice and thinking.
