为了研究~(60)Co-γ不同辐射剂量对苜蓿干种子萌发和芽苗生长的影响,试验采用7种剂量~(60)Co-γ照射龙牧806苜蓿干种子,测定苜蓿种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数以及芽苗期芽苗的株高、胚轴长度和主根长度。结果表明:随着辐射剂量的增大,苜蓿种子的发芽率、发芽指数和发芽势均呈现下降趋势。芽苗期在辐射剂量为600,800 Gy时,芽苗、胚轴、主根长度均呈增加趋势;在辐射剂量为1 200,1 500,1 800 Gy时,芽苗、胚轴和主根长度均呈下降趋势,且在高剂量照射苜蓿干种子时主根的生长受到极显著抑制(P<0.01)。
In order to study the effects of different doses of ~ (60) Co-γ radiation on the seed germination and shoot growth of alfalfa, 7 different doses of 60Co-γ were used to irradiate the seeds of Longmu 806 alfalfa seed to determine the germination rate of alfalfa seeds, Germination potential, germination index and vigor index as well as the plant height, hypocotyl length and main root length of bud seedlings. The results showed that with the increase of radiation dose, the germination rate, germination index and germination energy of alfalfa seeds all showed a downward trend. The sprouts, hypocotyls and main roots showed an increasing trend when the radiation dose was 600 and 800 Gy at the budding stage. The sprout, hypocotyl and main root length decreased at the doses of 1200, 1500 and 800 Gy The growth of main roots was inhibited significantly (P <0.01) at high doses of dry alfalfa seeds.
