利多卡因毒性低,很少有过敏反应,因此一般不做过敏试验而直接用于各种手术的局部麻醉及抗心律失常。腹膜透析中,由于应用利多卡因止痛而发生过敏反应者尚未见报道。
Lidocaine has low toxicity and few allergic reactions, so it is generally used for local anesthesia and anti-arrhythmia of various operations without allergy test. Peritoneal dialysis, due to the application of lidocaine analgesia and allergic reactions have not been reported.
