目的分析食管癌根治术后吻合口瘘的原因,探讨吻合口瘘的防治方法。方法对19例食管癌根治术后并发吻合口瘘的患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 19例患者采用保守“四管”支持、对症治疗后,治愈17例,死亡2例。结论加强围手术期管理可预防吻合口瘘的发生。
Objective To analyze the causes of anastomotic fistula after radical operation of esophageal cancer and to explore the prevention and treatment of anastomotic fistula. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 19 patients with esophageal fistula after radical resection of esophageal cancer. Results 19 patients with conservative “four tubes ” support, symptomatic treatment, cured 17 cases, 2 patients died. Conclusion Perioperative management can prevent the occurrence of anastomotic leakage.
