[目的]以5%溴氰菊酯水乳剂为研究对象,探究各种试验优化方法在水乳剂加工中的应用性。[方法]使用激光粒度分布仪检测热贮后中粒径为主要考察指标,得到各优化方法的优化配方并进行比较。[结果]4种方法优化后的5%溴氰菊酯水乳剂配方,均匀设计配方低温稳定性试验后恢复常温后出现少量沉淀,其他方法优化配方合格。[结论]均匀设计适用于配方粗筛选,正交设计、混料设计、响应面设计适用于配方精细筛选,正交设计试验次数适中、结果直观,混料设计与响应面设计根据拟合回归方程可以得出优化配方,响应曲面图可以更直观的反应出各因素对指标的影响。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the application of 5% deltamethrin aqueous emulsions in water emulsion processing. [Method] The laser particle size distribution analyzer was used to detect the grain size after heat storage as the main investigation index, and the optimized formulas of each optimization method were obtained and compared. [Result] The 5% deltamethrin aqueous emulsion formulations were optimized by the four methods. After the low temperature stability test of the uniformly designed formulations was resumed, a small amount of precipitate appeared after normal temperature was obtained. Other methods were used to optimize formulations. [Conclusion] The uniform design was suitable for the coarse screening of the formula, the orthogonal design, the mixture design, the response surface design was suitable for the fine screening of the formula, the orthogonal design test number was moderate, the result was intuitional, the mixture design and the response surface design were fitted according to fitting regression equation Can be drawn to optimize the formula, the response surface maps can more intuitively reflect the impact of various factors on the index.
